Our Heritage
The Founders:
Gareth’s career in recruitment began in 2005, after much success working in the finance and technology recruitment sectors, he decided it was time to build a specialist agency pivoting towards data, technology and digital. Karrie graduated with a business degree in her home town of Dublin, before moving to London and kick-starting her marketing career at a luxury fashion brand. She saw the huge potential Revere had to offer in the technology sector and moved into the recruitment industry, bringing with her, a fresh approach and new ideas.
The Company:
Revere began in a converted shed at the bottom of a garden in Battersea, in 2013. The company has grown from there with zero funding and bags of enthusiasm. Revere is next to the newly re-engineered Power Station in Battersea. In the early days of Revere, we knew that in order to build the company into something special, we had to provide the very best people on the market for our clients. We adopted a specialised headhunting business model from day one which we still work to now.
The Mission:
Under the stewardship of our talented team, Revere has flourished over the last seven years. This leadership has combined seamlessly with a watertight marketing strategy, to craft an enviable reputation amongst our competitors and peers. It is essential that we never waiver from our core values.
