This business has developed truly substantial global clients based on their software which has cemented them as international leaders. 

We have been tasked with finding a Lead PHP Developer who can take charge of a small development. 

The Lead PHP Developer will have experience with shipping software and understand the pain points when rebuilding products from the ground up with specific frameworks. 

Lead PHP Developer requirements; 

  • Able to lead a team of developers 
  • Conduct code reviews 
  • Recognise peoples strengths and play to them 
  • Take on the leadership of the team 
  • Learn the current system, the technology and coding style and advise leaders 
  • Enhance problem-solving skills to provide maintainable bullet-proof solutions 

Lead PHP Developer technical requirements; 

  • PHP 7
  • Laravel or Symfony 
  • AWS cloud experience 
  • High volume SQL/NoSQL data stores.
  • Python (bonus)
